These histories are not claims about ancient Earth. Each passage carries a story, a recognition, a reality lens, and one small practice. Wonder is the doorway; ordinary life remains the destination.

The living reconstruction
The original name of the Cartographers' Speech was lost during the Great Stilling. Aevra is the name the present Academy gives to its fictional, living reconstruction. The language is visible now. A personal name is earned later.
