Practice should leave you more able to choose.
Inner Genius Academy and AutoGeniusOS are general wellness, reflection, and meditation experiences. They do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental-health care.
Before any sound practice
- Never use meditation or entrainment audio while driving, cycling in traffic, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires full attention.
- Use a comfortable volume. Louder is not more effective.
- Pause or stop if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual distress, disorientation, or any other concerning effect.
- If you have a seizure disorder, neurological condition, serious mental-health concern, or uncertainty about whether these practices are appropriate, speak with a qualified clinician first.
When immediate help matters
If you may harm yourself or someone else, are being harmed, or are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person who can be physically present. The Academy is not an emergency service.
